Description
"Icicle" - not because of the cold, but because the meat just melts in your mouth. You would never think that it is beef. This recipe I borrowed from my second mother - in-law, she's really cool. Not everyone is so lucky. Spit three times, that would not jinx it :-).

Cooking
Take the beef, cut into pieces and repel as chops
