Apple yeast pie
Want to create a really cosy and festive atmosphere at the family table? Prepare Apple yeast cake "Russian fairy tale".

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Ingredients to make a cake.

In a bowl add a glass of milk, add the butter (100 gr.), add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the mixture on slow fire, heat to melt butter. The mixture is then remove the flame and cool slightly. The mixture should be warm.

To the warm mixture add the yeast (7 gr.), add sugar TM "Mistral" (2 tbsp), mix well stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Then add the egg (1 piece) and salt (1 teaspoon). The mixture was beat with a fork.

Of the total amount of flour take 1 tablespoon and add to mixture with milk, butter and sugar.

The bowl with the prepared mixture to put in some time to dissolve yeast. After about 15-20 min on the surface of the mixture will appear to be a cap of fine bubbles. The dough is ready.

To the dough add the rest of the flour.

Knead the dough. The dough cover with cling film or towel and put in warm place to rise.

After about 60 min. the dough will rise and grow in size. Punch down the dough and put to rise again. After you are ready to cook Apple pie.

Roll the dough to a thickness of approximately 1 cm a Layer of dough spread in a baking pan. Align the edges of the excess dough to cut.
