Vegetable stew
My regular summer dish. No, seriously, from the variety of recipes in the summer I have to go with a dozen - no strength in the heat invent and create at the plate. We eat in this heat, as now, tarator, salads of all kinds, fruits, berries, a lot (a lot!) homemade yogurt and homemade cheese... And here is the stew. Fans will understand me - everything that is necessary for happiness! Meat eaters can assure you that this stew is the perfect side dish to any meat. Fresh vegetables, lots of sun - the best time for my favorite summer recipe.

  • Green beans

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

A lot of letters - the illusion of a long process. In fact - utter nonsense. All the vegetables wash, peel and cut in big pieces. Put immediately in the bowl of a slow cooker or a deep pan. Cut the potatoes and carrots, there - onions and garlic.
