These delicious chicken thighs with new potatoes, flavored with garlic, soaked in a wonderful dressing Caesar will be popular on the holiday table, and everyday menus. Highly recommend to cook them and you will realize how good it was.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

  • Black pepper

To cook the foods, they are quite budget.

First, wash the thighs, salt them and pepper, set aside to marinate while you prepare other ingredients.

Thoroughly wash the new potatoes ( it will be baked in the skin), wash the carrots, peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion, carrots.

In refractory form spread thighs and distribute between them the carrot, onion, garlic. Young small potatoes cut in half and also send in the form.

Dressing for the pickle Maggi mix with 1 Cup hot water, add the vegetable oil, stir and pour in to the chicken thighs. On top of all sprinkle with dried rosemary.

Form to cover with foil, place in preheated oven. Bake at 180* - 190* approximately 80-90 min, focusing on the peculiarities of your oven. Under the foil bake for 30 minutes, then remove it. Willingness to check on the potato, pierce it with a fork/knife, as it will be soft, the dish is ready.
