The biscuits
From the series - fast, simple, divinely delicious! The Foundation took the recipe for "Biscuits 80-ies", changing the proportions (mainly the number of sugar because the original recipe too much). In the 80s I was born, so I do not remember the taste of THOSE korikov, but trust me - it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

Cooking

Eggs thoroughly beaten with sugar, add melted margarine, sour cream, baking soda, salt (I didn't use, forgot), vanillin. Beat again.

Add the flour and knead a soft dough. It should not stick, but should not be tight (better to priporoshit flour and then).

Roll out the dough (not thin, so the product was more lush), sprinkle with sugar and cut the biscuits any shape.

Bake at 180-200 deg. 15 minutes. I baked it at 200 deg. and a little tarumanegara under the grill, as they turned pale. But it is better to nethergate than overexposed, so the biscuits were soft.
