French rolls
Here are the simple French roll! It can be a substitute for the ordinary home made bread. Prepared simply, and the result is great! I advise you to try... thank you For the recipe Elena L.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

Knead the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well the dough. Then cover the bowl with a towel and put the dough to rise for about 1.5-2 hours in a quiet place. But you can knead it in the bread machine; to do this, simply place all the ingredients in the order provided by your manufacturer h/p and turn on in the mode "dough".
