Cooking
Roll out thawed puff pastry into a circle (don't need too thinly rolled out). A large round glass to cut circles.
The mold for small cakes (baskets) put the circles of dough, levelling the edges and shaping the basket. In the basket to put a few cherries (4-5). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes (be guided by your hand the dough!). I had a open can of cherries in their own juice. You can take fresh, remove seeds and sprinkle with sugar. Cherry when baking will give the juice, which is beneficial to impregnate the bottom of the tarts when baking!
While baskets are baked, prepare the cream. Marshmallow drizzle with lemon juice, add a spoonful of sour cream and melt on the stove (medium heat).
Melted marshmallows quickly, 10-15 seconds. Don't let the marshmallows begin to burn, better remove from heat and stir with a spoon for 30 seconds - get the cream. Why marshmallows? Because the marshmallows will give a very good consistency to the cream. It will be thick, dense, but at the same time delicate and melting in your mouth. If you don't have marshmallows, you can substitute whipped cream.
In the bowl of a blender put the cheese, drop of rum (this is for flavor, might want to add), put a spoon of condensed milk (optional) and pour the melted and still hot marshmallows. Problemlerine into a homogeneous mass. The mass turns thick, glossy, beautiful! And very tasty! It can be put for 5 minutes in the freezer to become even thicker.
This time the baskets are ready. Pull them out of the oven, allow a few moments to cool and stuffed with cream.
On top I sprinkled baskets dry chocolate QUIK put a cherry and mint. The entire process of preparation took me only 20 minutes. And what yummy! Tip: this dish should not prepare for the future. Prepare immediately before serving, as much better taste it immediately after cooking. If baked puff pastry keep in the refrigerator, it loses 50% of flavor and crunch. Cottage cheese is also delicious in freshly prepared form)
