Description
Italian Easter Bread - sweet, festive bread prepared with milk, cream, butter, and sugar and decorated with colored Easter eggs. Unusually delicate, layered and at the same time air and light as air dough with a thin Golden crust. Cooking
In a deep casserole, mix the milk, cream, yeast, sugar, salt, butter and whipped with a fork 2 eggs.

Add half of the flour and mix well.
Then, gradually adding the remaining flour, knead elastic and dont stick to hands dough. Place it in a greased bowl and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Increased in volume punch down the dough and divide into 2 parts.
To divide one portion of dough into 2 equal pieces. Roll 2 harness with a length of 25-30 cm and tightly twisting them.
To connect in a ring. I put it in the form. The second half of the dough divided into 6 pieces, which is exactly the same to make 3 small ring. Place all on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. To put the delay on 1 hour.
Approaching the ring to spread with an egg beaten with 1 tbsp milk and 1/4 tsp of vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. In a large bread lightly push the eggs around the circumference. In a small place the egg in the center.
