Omelet in Arabic
I don't know whether these eggs belongs to the Arab kitchen, but under this name I met this omelette cooking in one printed edition. It is easy to make, requires little ingredients and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Potato starch

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Required for omelet ingredients.

Green onions and dill wash, dry and finely chop.

Eggs carefully vzbit with milk, salt, starch, spices and flour to avoid lumps.

In a bowl, combine the seared beef, herbs, green onions and egg mixture and mix well.

Refractory form of grease with butter and pour it into onlynow the resulting mixture. Bake in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. The recipe recommended, if you feel that the omelet begins to burn, put it in the oven a container of cold water. But I have everything worked out, the omelette is perfectly cooked without this step.

The omelet is ready to serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs!
