Rice with cabbage and veal
Need a delicious quick dinner or a main dish for dinner? Use this recipe, with a minimum of effort - a great result!

Ingredients

    150 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Veal

    300 g

  • Green onions

  • Soy sauce

    4 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cut meat into thin strips. 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and ½ tsp of black pepper to prepare the marinade. Put the meat in the marinade and leave for a while, while cooking the rice.

Mix parboiled and wild rice add water the ratio of 1 part rice 2 parts water and cook until tender (40 minutes).

While cooking the rice, finely shred the cabbage, slice green onions and grate ginger root.

In a wok, pour 3 tbsp oil, add marinated meat along with the marinade and fry on high heat until tender.

Remove the meat to a plate and in the same oil fry the shredded cabbage and ginger for five minutes. Add green onions and soy sauce (2 tbsp), 1/2 tsp pepper and a little sunflower. Cook for 2 minutes

Add to the wok meat and rice, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the rice with cabbage with chili flakes and serve.
