Description
I would add to the recipe "... or else to cook the fish, if you cook it 1000001 times" :) the Idea is to "dress the fish" may not be new, nonetheless I share my version. The recipe couldn't be easier! Cooking time - 20 minutes or less. The fish turned out well, very delicate, for which we quickly ate ;)

Set of products is very little fresh salmon (trout, salmon etc. also a great choice), smoked ham (I prefer black forest), lemon juice (preferably, of course, a real lemon, I have a store in the bottle), salt and pepper mixture.
Salmon salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. In my opinion, that's the best you can season the red fish :)
Take 2 slices of ham on each piece of fish wrap.
Put rolls in the oven directly on the grill (I cooked in the mini oven). I put the temperature on maximum (230S) included a mode "the fan". In my mini-oven for the fish was ready in 15 minutes.
Ready fish turns out very tender inside and slightly smoked flavor. Direct melts in your mouth! In the process of roasting ham is compressed and firmly adheres to the fish. "Coat" with it ;)
