Red fish, baked under a vegetable coat
Fillet of red fish while cooking sometimes it turns out dry. Cook the salmon under a fur coat, you will surely be satisfied with the result. A quick and easy dish for summer time.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

Cooking

500 gr. fillet red fish cut into medium pieces and put in a refractory form, greased with vegetable oil.

1 bunch green onions, finely chop and sprinkle on fish, add few salt.

1-2 tomatoes cut into round slices and arrange on top of onions, spices to taste.

4 eggs and 1 Cup milk whisk with a fork until smooth and pour all into shape. 150 g of cheese to grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle them on top.

Bake at 180 gr. until Golden brown 30-40 minutes.
