    400 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

The pumpkin is cleaned from the inside, leave the crust. Cut into large pieces, bake at t 180-200*C until soft.

Grate cheese on a grater. About cheese. You can use any sharp cheese of your choice. I have two cheese - jugas and Pecorino Romano, a total weight of 85 g.

Mix the pumpkin and the cheese and pepper. You can season it with grated nutmeg. Salt is not necessary. Spread the mass in portions molds and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
