Sorbet-the fondant from Andisheh
For me it was pure experiment! Dessert - the sweetness of childhood, as promised the well-known foodblogger Andishe. Readily available ingredients, easy to do, really sweetly, but my sweets are never too sweet :). Perfect for a candybar! And it is possible to prepare in advance! Let's cook!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    275 g

  • Honey

    65 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Butter

    85 g

  • White chocolate

    350 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cherry

    70 g

It's so easy that longer to write! Butter, condensed milk, honey, sugar - folded into a saucepan, put on medium heat and cook, stirring with a spatula. Finish cooking when starts boiling...

Remove from heat slightly to prevent that the temperature dropped to 90 degrees. Gradually stir in white chocolate. If the mass does not want to become homogeneous - it can be a little warm, but very carefully. I don't need, all so well done.

Put lots of silicone molds small as I am, or as Andishe. Let cool and put in refrigerator for stabilization.
