Cooking
Prepare the chocolate base. To do this in a small pan add butter, sugar, milk. On medium heat bring the mixture until complete dissolution of sugar and butter.
Add cocoa powder, stirring constantly bring the mixture to a boil and boil for a few minutes. See that the mixture is not burnt! Allow to cool chocolate base to room temperature.
For the dough I use the harvester with a nozzle knife, but you can make the dough and hands. Soft butter put in the bowl of a food processor, add the flour, salt, egg. Grind everything into crumbs (a few seconds).
Added to the chocolate crumb base and knead to a soft, sweet chocolate dough.
We shift the dough in a Cup, cover with film and put in 1 - 1, 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Roll out the cooled dough to a thickness of 5-6 mm and cut out cookies.
Put the biscuits covered with baking paper baking sheet. Of this number the test I got 56 cookies.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
