Puff with cheese and tomatoes
In the freezer lying around already open a pack of puff pastry left from cooking the dessert. Well, quite a few just 175 g. What to do with it??? I made puffs to the soup. What they turned out delicious! I will say that it's corny? Perhaps, but in my puffs have a little secret, inside, under the tomatoes. Turned out juicy, spicy nadinochka in puff pastry! The proportions indicate how it is as I cooked, but in General it is better to do more. Very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Basil

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Onion and garlic finely chopped and fry in vegetable oil.
