Bridge-the buns
These small and delicate buns and good by themselves or with sweet or savory fillings, can be used for cooking hot dogs.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Butter

In a large bowl sift the flour+salt and butter pieces,grind between the palms until crumbs. Crumble yeast in bowl,add 1 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp milk,stir and set aside.

In the centre we do deepening,pour in the yeast mixture,add 2 eggs,mix the milk with 3 tbsp sugar and gradually pour this mixture into the well,gradually mix flour mixture with milk and egg.

When the dough turns into a ball,place it on a work surface,sprinkled with flour and knead smooth and soft,lagging behind the hands, the dough,grease the bowl with vegetable oil ,put the dough,cover and send to approach(1-1. 5 hours)

50 minutes later the dough had risen to the edges of the bowl,I obmana and left to approach another 30-40 minutes.

After the second rise the dough needs to podmesti, and cut into balls(better than 20 PCs,I've made 24 pieces,buns in my opinion are too small),then rolls give oval shape and put on a buttered baking sheet,cover and leave for 30 minutes to rise.Preheat the oven to 220 g C,rolls lubricated with milk(or egg yolk mixed with milk),baking it is necessary first 5 minutes at 220 g C,10 minutes at 200 g C
