Bag did puff for the first time. I really liked it. In fact, I wanted to share another version of the design puffs.
Ingredients

Puff pastry
1 pack

Apple

Pear
1 piece

Cinnamon

Yolk egg

Sugar
Cooking
Fruit remove the stalk and seeds. Cut into cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, mix well.
The dough thaw, roll out, cut with a knife with a wavy edge, stripes.
From each strip cut not until the end of the three stripes. For the whole country, put the stuffing and twisted "pigtail"as shown in the photo.
Lubricates the top with beaten egg yolk, bake until tender.
