Chicken cutlets in white sauce with mushrooms
Decided to throw a little idea for making a simple but at the same time, tasty and filling lunch or dinner. I have no doubt that our wives long-cook a dish, but novice cooks my meatballs, I hope it is useful...

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

  • Milk

Make the meatballs: to the ground beef add the chopped onion (I do this in a food processor, but you can just finely chop), soaked bun, a couple of cloves of garlic (crushed), salt, pepper.
