Stuffed mushrooms and sweet peppers
Delicious sweet peppers and shampinonchiki stuffed with rice, mushroom legs, cheese, herbs and garlic! Unsurpassed taste and aroma!

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Mushrooms

    14 piece

  • Onion

  • Parsley

  • Garlic

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Washed several times boil the rice in salted water (ratio 2: 1).

Wash the mushrooms, cut legs. Legs crushed.

Onion cut into small cubes.

Fry the onions until soft, then add the mushrooms and fry together until Golden brown.

Pepper wash, cut off the tails, remove the partitions and seeds, cut in half.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Mix rice, onion, mushrooms, sour cream, pre-chopped garlic and herbs, paprika and 2/3 of cheese. Add few salt and pepper.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil on each mushroom cap and each half of the pepper and fill with stuffing. Send in the form. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Send in a preheated 190 deg. The oven for 35 mins, the last 5 minutes to turn on at 220 deg. Ready!
