Cooking
Mix sifted flour, yeast, sugar 100 g, and salt.
Add warm milk mixed with 2 PCs egg yolks, melted butter 120 g and zest 1/2 tsp. and knead the dough. Flour no more to add.
Put a towel covered dough in a warm place, it should increase in volume twice. While suitable dough, prepare the cherries. Remove the seeds and boil it with 20 grams of sugar. Cool, drain completely and allow to drain the juice.
