Do not rush to throw a Shoe at me and wrinkle your nose, "EW, with sausage!". These muffins are my memories of school time. These rolls were sold in the school cafeteria. Simple but very tasty!

Cooking
Do infuse. In warm water add sugar and yeast. Mix and leave to form a cap for 10 minutes.
Half the norm of sifted flour, add salt. To the flour add the yeast mixture, add butter, yogurt, egg yolks.
Knead uncool dough, gradually adding only enough flour. Flour may take more or less. Need to knead until the dough no longer stick to hands. Cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 2 - 3 hours. In the process several times abenaim dough.
The finished dough spread on the work surface and again knead well. The dough is fluffy, porous, malleable.
Out of this number of ingredients it turns out a lot of dough. I even baked and pies with cabbage and cheesecakes and cheese. Divide the dough in half, one half divide into 10-12 pieces.
The sausage slice. In my memory the pieces of sausage were cut in halves. Roll out the dough, put the sausage so that it hung down on both sides. Zasiyaet region.
Put on baking tray, seam side down. Lubricated protein and leave for proofing for 10 minutes.
Put into a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Eat hot.
