Pretty simple and quick version of homemade bread without the inclusion of yeast and making sourdough. This recipe from Dr. Torsunov known to many as "the Bread of goodness." The longer it rests, the tastier it becomes. This bread without yeast you need to spend 15 minutes. If you make a dry dough 10 days ahead — it will use only 5 minutes a day to this dry mixture, mix with yogurt and put it in the oven. Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Dry milk
