This recipe is one of those times when the shops are not all you could buy. But, I think, and now it can be topical, canned fish are present in many recipes. I offer the recipe for "Home-canned" mackerel (made of herring - also delicious). The fish to defrost, clean, rinse, dry
Fish fillets cut into medium pieces
