Homemade sausages
There's nothing better than homemade sausage.

Ingredients

  • Intestine

    500 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

Bowel soak overnight in cold water with the addition of 9% vinegar (1 tbsp in 1 liter of water). Then rinse thoroughly with running water.
