Homemade sausage is an old recipe of our countrymen.

  • Easy beef

  • Heart

    5 kg

  • Beef liver

    5 kg

  • Intestine

    1 pack

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Barley groats

    300 g

  • Garlic

    20 g

  • Onion

    500 g

Offal and pork, cut into pieces and mince, along with the peeled onion and garlic.
