Potato Sapanca with seafood in mushroom sauce
Absolutely simple but amazingly tasty dish! Thank you Pillsbury for a legal opportunity to enjoy seafood!))) For the contest "give me tonight".

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Milk

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Add seafood, salt, black pepper, stew (seafood needs to be frozen). Cut tomato sent the pieces to seafood. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Simmer until the water remains low. All try the compliance of salt.

From pre-cooked potatoes make mashed potatoes (add milk and butter). Protiven grease with vegetable oil, then spread half of the mashed potatoes. This will be the first layer.

This time was somewhat of a romantic dinner, wine, etc. But as soon as I put the mouth of the first fork with casserole...mmm...And almost immediately ran back for more!All a pleasant appetite!!! And actually I want to say...a romantic evening is, of course, the attributes I described in the previous recipe. But the most important thing is communication.
