Fried tortellini in a rustic
This is not the way of cooking tortellini, ravioli or dumplings, but rather a way of warming up. Because of the simplicity of the dishes didn't even think to post this recipe, but looking for dinner, a relative was so surprised and delighted with this decision, I have decided to share this recipe - maybe to someone it will be useful too.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cleaned and washed onions and mushrooms sliced (onion - finely; mushrooms - large) and fry in a pan in vegetable oil for about 7-10 minutes.

Add the bacon, diced and leeks, cut into rounds and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add slices of sun-dried tomatoes and boiled (can be pre) tortellini, ravioli or dumplings; fry all together, pepper. It is better to use tortellini, ravioli or dumplings with vegetable filling (spinach, potatoes...) or "ricotta".

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped herbs. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bon appetit!
