Pie with sour cream with tuna and rice
Recently came across a dough recipe with sour cream and pie from it. I tried to cook, I liked it. This cake will come to the rescue when you need to cook something hearty, and quite a bit of time. Happy to offer a recipe.

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tuna

    2 can

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil some rice. I otvoren in advance.

Flour, sour cream, eggs and sugar knead the dough. Flour may need a little more. The dough a good knead and leave to rest while preparing the filling.

Tuna and divide it in small pieces. I took 1 can in oil, the 2nd in its own juice, oil did not leak.

Add cooked rice and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each roll out. On one half put the filling, close the second half, zasiyaet region.

The resulting pies spread on a baking sheet, grease with egg and put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 20 minutes.
