Makes a great fish pie for 14 to 15 minutes, cooked in the microwave. If there is no time to prepare pickles...

Cooking
Fish fillet cut into pieces, salt, pepper, dip them in breadcrumbs and put in shape for Mikrowelle, oiled. Milk to mix with eggs, add salt and cover the fish. Form cover (loosely!) and put in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800 W.
After 5 minutes remove the lid, sprinkle the fish with breadcrumbs and cheese and put another 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
The fish is ready sprinkle with lemon juice, garnish with herbs and serve with a salad of fresh vegetables. On a garnish it is possible to offer boiled rice, mashed potatoes, buckwheat.
