Homemade bread with fragrant herbs
Dear cooks, I want to treat You to another of my favourite bread recipe. Bread made from a mixture of white and whole wheat flour with a stuffing of fragrant herbs. This combination for me and my family became a favorite. With herbs You can experiment.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    330 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    120 g

  • Water

    170 ml

  • Milk

    105 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Yeast

    9 g

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Put in the bucket of CPS all products according to instructions.

Select the program "Dough".

Upon completion of the program spread the batter in a greased Cup, cover with film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. The dough should rise two times.

While suitable dough, prepare the toppings: cut green onions, parsley and garlic (you can skip the garlic through the press).

In a pan heat the oil and throw the chopped greens and garlic. Keep on heat, stirring, 1-2 min.

Remove from heat the pan, add pepper, Basil, nutmeg, a little doselevel. Mix well the stuffing and remove while in the side.

Coming up abenaim dough, divide into 2 equal parts and stretch the hand in ovals (approximately 27 cm x 10 cm), put the filling on the ovals, even it with a knife.

Twist the two rolls.

Rolls them between themselves and spread in a greased form. Remove the proofing in a warm place for 30 min.

Lubricates approached the bread with beaten egg and sprinkle with (optional) sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35 min. Guided by Your oven!
