Cookies Oreos
My version of the cookies. At European sites the cookie recipe is almost the same I gave to You and varies only the number of ingredients. But the cream is different: there is just oil, there is oil with cream and butter with cream cheese. The third option, for me it seemed the most :) And that's a fact! Very tasty and delicate cookies so, well soaked cream and it becomes even sweeter! For the cream, I used the honey, he is very good at reveals and complements the taste of chocolate!) Number of halves - 35 or more pieces.

Cooking

step-0
The softened butter to pound with powdered sugar, add the egg and beat well.
step-1
In a bowl sift the flour (200-250 g), cocoa and baking powder. Mix well.
step-2
To combine the dry ingredients with the liquid. Knead a soft elastic dough, if necessary you can add flour. Wrap the dough in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
step-3
Divide the dough in two and roll out each to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out circles.
step-4
To put our blanks on the baking tray lined with baking paper (my paper was not, I a baking sheet sprinkled with flour) and bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
step-5
But still... For the cream. Beat butter at room temperature cream cheese, vanilla and honey (or icing sugar, 50 grams) to taste. Stuffed with cream halves. ***Cream cheese I make myself, the sour cream (400 grams) and milk (200 grams) mix, bring to a boil, pour 1 tbsp lemon juice and boil, stirring constantly, for another 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and remove from heat, leave for 30 minutes. Then pour in a colander, covered with gauze, giving to stand for about an hour. Then put the oppression and leave for another night, you can leave for 5-6 hours!
