Cooking

step-0
Of sparkling water, 1H. l. sugar, a pinch of salt and flour knead the dough. It is softer than dumplings (but I even smiling))). Leave it to rest for 10 minutes covered with foil.
step-1
Of sugar ("MISTRAL", of course!))) and water (approximately 140мл) cook the syrup until the sugar is dissolved. Cool it slightly and add the honey (so it does not lose useful properties). I experimented a little and squeezed the syrup a quarter of an orange. The experiment was a success, the syrup has acquired a caramel-honey-AP elshinawy taste.
step-2
Divide the dough into pieces (I did 6), each roll out as thin as possible, prisypaya flour to keep it from sticking to table and rolling pin. Rolled layers leave to dry (5-10 minutes for each side).
step-3
Now each layer is rolled into a roll, a good prisypaya flour to the layers not sticking together. Edge lubricated with water (just then, on the contrary, needs gluing)). Cut carefully with a sharp knife into pieces 1.5-2 cm wide (generally, you need to cut at an angle, but I have somehow not very turned out). Straighten the pieces a little below the layers separated.
step-4
Fry in hot oil in a deep frying pan, both sides. Spread on paper towel to excess fat stack.
step-5
The cooled baklava is omitted in the syrup for about 30 seconds, spread on a dish, sprinkle with nuts. And that's cuncashca turns out)).
