Butter to RUB on a medium grater.

To prepare the dark balls. With cherries to drain the fluid (I had a jar capacity of 600 ml). Divide the dough into 24 pieces, each portion of the dough to form a pellet in the middle to get the cherry to form a ball. Bake the balls at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
To prepare the cream. Mix the cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and beat with a mixer or hand blender. Instead of cheese and sour cream you can cook the sour cream. Note : if the cheese is wet, it sour add a little less. Powdered sugar you can add less or more to taste.
