Dumplings I like mostly everything. I found this recipe on koolinar. EN (chef max's Mom), slightly changed here and decided to try. It was very tasty. And to us just in time for dinner wandered German friends, so they all went into raptures.

Cooking
Boil the ravioli until soft in salted water (I always add a little broth and spices).
Take them out and put them into the form.
In a bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, spices and ketchup. I have ketchup less than specified - at the personal request of her husband, and I would put more on the contrary :-)
Finely chop the onion and add to sour cream mixture. (Small note - for those who do not like when, as my husband says "bow a little crunches on the teeth", you do not put or RUB on a grater, although I'm a "crunch" very much. :-)) Pour in a mixture of half a Cup of broth and stir.
Pour this mixture our dumplings in the mold.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and send in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for around 20 minutes.
