Chicken hearts, cheese sour cream
Chicken hearts I just love and prepare them in different recipes. In this recipe sour-cream sauce goes well with cheese, vegetables and pickles, by dressing for the Pickle MADD! Very fast, simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken hearts to wash, cut if desired, of excess fat cut. If I was cooking only for myself, then just washed them, we would not cut and the fat is not cut off. But since I cook, and I've done these manipulations.

Peel the onion, cut into dice.

Fry with oil until Golden brown.

Add the hearts and fry on high heat for about 7 minutes.

Add the sour cream.

Dressing MAGGI® "Dressing for the Pickle". It contains natural vegetables and real pickles.

Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cheese, stir, add salt and remove from heat.
