One of the favorite dishes! Thin pancakes are flavorful and filling - great for Breakfast or lunch, or dinner! Yes, no matter when, the important thing is that DELICIOUS!!!

Cooking
Liver, hearts and gizzards boil with spices (pepper, salt, Bay leaf) 1.5 - 2 hours. Grind I'm in the meat grinder
Onion cut into cubes and fry (2min.). Take a pumpkin with it, the filling is much more flavorful than the usual carrot. RUB on a coarse grater and add to onion. Parboil for 5 minutes.
Mix the vegetables and giblets
Now pancakes: mix 1/3 milk, eggs, salt and flour. Mix well to avoid lumps, and add remaining milk. Then add the butter. Fry pancakes with only one (!) side
Collect: on the fried side of the pancake to put the stuffing (about 1 tbsp)
Fry before serving, pour the sour cream and eat with pleasure!
