Cooking
Peeled piece of pumpkin cut into small cubes. Further, if You have orange liqueur, just pour over pumpkin and let stand for an hour. But I haven't had liquor, we had to invent it. Of half an orange squeezing the juice, add a little vodka, cognac, and a couple teaspoons of sugar.
Received a homemade liqueur pour the pumpkin. Insist hour. More is better.
Proteins separated from the yolks. Softened butter, beat with sugar until white, add the egg yolks and continue whisking for another couple of minutes. Then pour melted chocolate (but not hot). Mix everything. Add flour, baking powder and shabby on a small grater, zest half an orange. Add the pumpkin into the dough (don't forget to drain the liqueur!!! in the test it is not needed! it can be drunk separately)))). Separately whisk the egg whites into a thick foam and carefully enter them in the dough.
Spread the batter in a pre greased and heavily floured form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. It is better not to dry it out, then it will be delicate as a souffle.
