Sour cream by Dr. Adero
All the cake, I have cake :) But since the recipe from the book the amazing Dr. Adera (and with great will not argue), the name is not going to change. To execute it just taste amazing... Oh, will not fit in my new jeans...

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    450 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

To start, whisk eggs with sugar, add the cream, gradually introduce the flour, previously sifted with baking powder. All beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes the dough is ready.

For the top layer spread sour cream in a small saucepan. Add to it the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Heat on low heat. Then remove the saucepan from the stove, let our "top layer" is slightly cool.

Meanwhile, the form with the dough put in the oven pre-heating and bake about 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

After 10 minutes, the prepared sour cream mixture for the top layer evenly distributed on the dough and (optional, I just was not) and sprinkle with almonds. Form place into the oven and continue to bake pie for the same indicators for another 15 minutes. Then take out the form from the oven, allow the cake to cool.

To decorate break the chocolate (I use milk or dessert) into small pieces into a saucepan, pour vegetable oil and stir on low heat until a homogeneous soft mass.

Pouring from a small spoon, decorate with icing the cooled cake, then give it to harden.
