Description

Chocolate-lemon cake with whipped cream
Amazingly delicious cake and cream. With lemon flavor, chunks of chocolate and nuts. Very tender, light dough. And is easy to cook and fast!

Ingredients

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon peel

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    120 g

Cooking

Mix all ingredients, except nuts and chocolate, until smooth (quite runny).

Chocolate and nuts I have broken so large.

Add the chocolate and nuts, mix with a spoon.

Pour into greased pan and bake for about 1 hour (until dry sticks).

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
