Challah is the Jewish holiday bread. The proposed Varian was adapted for Polish cuisine, and so the method of making the dough is somewhat different from the original. Recipe taken from daskala, Ira thank you so much. Tender, tasty bun.

Cooking
mix the yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar, pour warm milk and add 3 tbsp flour. Cover with wrap and place in warm place to rise.
In a bowl pour the flour, make it deeper and pour it in the grown yeast, egg beaten with the remaining sugar, the melted, warm the oil thoroughly and knead a soft dough. Knead until then, until the dough will not air bubbles.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise until dough has doubled in volume.

Bake in a preheated 200C (400F)oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
