First, we need to boil the potatoes. As usual - potato peel, wash, cut into pieces, pour water, bring to a boil, salt and cook until almost cooked. Merge.

While cooking the potatoes, other ingredients. Broccoli will disassemble on inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water until tender, I cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain in a colander to collect the broth. Include heat the oven to 200 degrees.
