Thursday - fish day! Today I made a delicious, healthy dish from our favorite herring! Very budget. It cost 117 rubles, given the fact that the herring I bought expensive - Olyutorsky. We have it for 80 rubles per kilo. But with the same success it was possible to buy and normal, for 45 rubles. She's just smaller. This dish has its roots in the lean nineties. The store shelves are empty, the bags - empty wallets. But then, that's it, next! There was always the possibility of something to catch! Carrots and onions anyway, it was on sale. And the oil in this dish don't need any! Those who were not of the oven, was just floating the fish in a large saucepan or frying pan with a small amount of water. But still very tasty it turns out that when cooked in the oven in parchment (baking paper). Baked in foil not recommended - when screwing it formed cracks, through which flows the juice.

Cooking
