I want to share with You, dear cooks, another with your favorite manna: gentle, moderately wet and very coffee. Larisa (SLIC) posted the recipe for manna impregnated, but mine is different.

Cooking
In semolina, add coffee.
To monkey with coffee add yogurt, stir, cover with film and put on 30-40 minutes aside.
Separate the yolks from the whites. In vysheperechislennyh mass, add the sugar, yolks, vanilla, baking powder. Mix well.
In proteins add a pinch of salt and beat in a solid foam.
In the dough add the beaten egg whites and very gently stir.
Pour batter (the batter should be like liquid sour cream) in a greased with vegetable oil form (Ø 18-20 cm). Form it is desirable to take split, because the manna is ready, we will pour the milk. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
Take out ready manna from oven and immediately pour the hot milk. Milk I warmed in the MW with 900 W - 1, 5 minutes. If you want a sweeter manna, then dissolve in milk 25 g sugar. Allow to cool fully in the manna, spread on a plate and sprinkle with (optional) powdered sugar.
