Cod battered
Very popular in Greece fish. According to tradition, the cod in batter is cooked on the Annunciation on 25 March, though not only))) Used or fresh fish, or cod fillet, dusted with salt. In the latter case, the fish is soaked some time in water and then cooked. Cod in batter incredibly juicy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    1 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Beer

    150 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Olive oil

    3 tsp

Cooking

Cut filet, add salt to drain excess fluid.

Sift the flour,

Add the olive oil.

Pour beer into flour, kneading the dough.

Add salt, pepper, paprika.

Beat the whites to a froth.

Enter into the batter, stirring gently. The batter turns fluffy.

Dip fish and fry in preheated pan until Golden brown.
