The range of products necessary for cooking this dish.
The duck breast to prepare: sides to cut excess fat. Then breast, cut into medium pieces.
To prepare the marinade: peel the garlic, cut into slices (not too finely). Add the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and black pepper (to taste). Stir until smooth.
Add the duck pieces, stir, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge: minimum - one hour maximum - for a day. Of course, the longer, the better.
In the day to remove the meat from the marinade, dry the pieces with paper towel. The marinade does NOT pour, and strain from garlic, the marinade still need us. Garlic to throw out.
The meat is fried in a very well-heated side WITHOUT oil. Time of roasting depends on your preference: if you love blood, then fry for about 1-2 minutes, if more than fried - about 4-5 minutes. But the duck cannot be fried for too long, it is served pink.
When the meat is ready, take it out. But the pan pour the marinade and simmer for a few minutes, until the marinade has thickened and formed a caramel. I have gone 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that when cooled the caramel thickens even more, so no need to zagadivat too much.
