Description
Immediately say, that there is no relationship to the middle ages, this casserole has. But that's why it is so dubbed her my household. My question - why, sister said that, in her opinion, precisely as in the old days and looked like cheesecake. I did not argue, medieval, medieval ;-) Cheese-Mac-apples - a combination of the familiar, but suddenly someone come in handy this version of the design. Casserole is so delicious and cute!

2/3 of the cheese arrange on a greased form (if the form is silicone - it can not be greased), forming the bottom, sides and mound in the middle.
Apples peel and finely chop.
Spread 2/3 of the apples on the cheese, a mound in the middle leave free.

Then carefully punched Mac in a blender, add sugar, more punch, add the washed and scalded with boiling water raisins and a little more punch all together until smooth. To the mixture add egg whites, cinnamon, and already with a spoon mix everything well. The stuffing is ready.
Now spread it over the apples.
On the Mac put the remaining apples.
On top of the apples distribute the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven preheated 160-170 degrees. 50 - 60 min.
Be sure to cool completely before cutting!!! BON APPETIT!!!
