Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Broccoli

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Everything is just awesome (Yes, awesome). To turn on the stove – it should be well heated. I suggest you do it at the beginning of cooking, because the process is short. Cut broccoli (frozen, fresh – not the point). A little handful of about my frozen palm.

Pour over boiling water, drain off excess liquid.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

In proteins, salt and seasoning to taste. Beat lightly with a fork until the formation of viscous bubbles.

Add the broccoli, again, lightly beat.

Protein mass on a heated pan. Flatten.

Immediately put the egg yolks. Close the lid (I closed just a minute and a half, as I like liquid yolks). It turned out something like this.

That's all. My apologies regarding the main photo, but the eggs from my non-stick pans as it is not very readily out – fried without oil. Well, gastronomic quirks I have is this, nothing can be done. And photos dark, because done early in the morning.
