Description
Cake is a traditional industry in Western Ukraine (at the request irksib about the delicious dishes of Ukrainian cuisine). It is a cross between pie and cake... usually bake them in rectangular shapes and cut into serving squares - little brownies. I adapted this recipe for the slow cooker, and we'll be cutting triangles, but the taste will not suffer :)

Cooking
For the first step we need: cottage cheese, 3 tbsp sugar, egg yolk and coconut
Grind cheese with sugar, add the egg yolk with coconut and knead well. Formed from the curd-coconut balls mass the size of a small walnut, steals on a flat surface and put into the freezer for 30 minutes. All you need to do in order to make our balls had not collapsed. Just this time, we will need to prepare for the test.
Here are the products we need for the basic dough: 3 eggs + 1 egg white, margarine, sour cream, 7 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, flour, vanilla sugar.
Soft margarine with sugar, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous and smooth texture... begin to add protein and eggs one at a time, still whisking mass. Then add sour cream and three phase sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla.
Get a thick dough. 2/3 of the dough pour into the bowl multivarki, greased with margarine and powdered with flour, level.
In the rest of the dough add cocoa powder and milk. Knead until smooth. Cover our basis of these test so that 1 cm was left to the sides of the bowl as shown in photo.
Take out of freezer curd-coconut balls and arrange on the surface of our pie, lightly pressing into the dough. Put the bowl into the slow cooker and switch mode CAKES for 60 min.
Upon completion of the program, do not hurry to open the lid. Wait 20 minutes and leave to cool in the bowl multivarki. Then take out with devices cooking for a couple.
Prepare the cream while the cake cools our: thoroughly whisk yolk with 2 tbsp of sugar and starch. Add milk and knead until smooth. Put on slow fire and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly cook for 1-2 minutes. The cream will thicken! Remove from heat, let cool to 40 degrees and beat in butter and vanilla. Beat until fluffy foam.
Covered cream our the cooled cake. Optional protrusive coconut with chocolate. All a pleasant appetite! As a treat :) PS: was in such a hurry to share with You the photos that did not wait until the cream hardens... therefore sorry that it happened :)
