I offer wonderful cinnamon rolls. To cook them is not too difficult. The dough is a simple straight dough method, the rolls turn out tender and tasty.

Cooking
Heat the milk to melted butter. Yeast pour a little warm milk and leave until dissolved. Sift the flour. In a suitable container to pour a little warm milk with butter and add milk with yeast. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, brandy and sour cream. Stir well. Add the flour and knead the dough. When kneading the flour to pour as necessary so soft as earlobe. Knead well and put in a warm place for 2-3 hours until the volume increases. Knead again and give time to rise.
